```Duties```
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document maintenance activities
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for specialized repairs or installations

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in electrical systems, including working with logic controllers
- Experience with facilities maintenance and repair

- Strong leadership abilities to supervise contractors and coordinate maintenance activities

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
