Cardinal Roofing, a Northpoint Roofing Systems Company, is looking for a Supplement Specialist who is energetic, goal-driven and a solid team player who thrives in a growing and dynamic Company.

The ideal candidate has experience in insurance supplementation in residential and commercial roofing projects and is familiar with Xactimate estimating software.

Candidates must have experience with Xactimate.

Responsibilities

• Create supplements (identify each item to be supplemented, provide an explanation and in some cases, support findings with pictures)
• Present the items for supplementation to the insurance company, negotiate as needed and regularly follow-up on those submissions until approval / payment
• Establish strong rapport with homeowners and insurance adjusters and keep all parties fully informed of claim details
• Gather, prepare and organize job estimates, job-site sketches, job-site photos, insurance documents, and related billing documents
• Highschool diploma or GED
• Thorough knowledge of Xactimate
• Familiarity with building codes, laws and regulations
• Ability to quickly define the scope of the project and properly estimate supplemental materials and costs
• Ability to perform measurement estimation
• Effective negotiation and communication skills
• Highly organized multi-tasker who can balance several projects at once while meeting assigned deadlines
• Self-driven, dependable, and a team player
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
