At CMCS (Cardinal McCloskey Community Services), our mission is to protect, empower and promote independence for at-risk children and families and those with developmental disabilities through quality community based services.
As an Education Specialist a person with teaching experience in Early Childhood Education, will demonstrate the ability and interest to develop and implement an innovative Education Program for the Family Child Care Network Staff and Child Care Providers. Knowledge of recent development in the Field of Early Childhood Education, particularly as it relates to the proper education of children in low-income families. The Family Child Care Education Specialist must demonstrate respect for the homes, and varied cultural backgrounds of these families and the children the Program serves.
