Cardinal Equipment Services (CES) provides services such as remanufacturing, refurbishing and repair services (including preventative maintenance, reactive repair, and equipment movement) for beverage companies, OEMs, FLOs, Independent Fountain Operators, and other Asset Heavy Customers.

CES was founded in 2021 and is headquartered in Tampa, Florida.

The overall responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Maintenance and oversight of all customer inventory:

• §Process Owner with team that performs:

oDaily cycle counts / warehouse audits

oQuarterly inventories

oWeekly inventory reporting to supervisor and manager

oParticipate in research of asset history

oInform leadership of deficiencies, safety hazards. Correct as appropriate

• §Junk documentation of all customer equipment

oClear equipment status pre-junk approval submissions

oSubmit scrap approval requests for all necessary customers

oUpload all information to the database

oShare scrap packing slip with recycling company

• §Assist with planning of warehouse design and equipment storage

• §Create, manage and Delete bins
• §Create inbound equipment
• §Process owner shipping/receiving team
• §Oversight of all scrap documentation

oLead & train team

• §Should be forklift certified
• §Must be proficient in Excel/SAP
• §Reporting

oOpen STO (weekly)

oJunk (monthly)

• §Process owner of accurate inbound documentation, including

oAccurate receipt of assets

oDocumentation of missing and/or extra equipment

oCommunicate with customers’ Equipment Controls, hub personnel and supervisors regarding assets arriving with statuses that would prohibit our production

oShare information on trailer condition at inbound with supervisor and manager

• §Process owner of accurate outbound documentation, including

oOutbound tool

oSTO creation

oProper load of trailers

oPod-check documentation

oOutbound Shipping communication with customers 

For this role, you will need: 

• SAP experience
• Above average attention to detail.
• Accuracy in working with large amounts of data.
• Ability to assume responsibility for accuracy and timeliness of work.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
