Card-Monroe Automation is Hiring a Facilities Custodian Near Greenville, SC
Office area responsibilities
- Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
- Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies)
- Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)
- Assist HR and office manager in setting up offices and moving furniture when needed. Restroom and Breakroom area responsibilities
Restroom and Break Areas
- Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
- Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies)
- Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)
- Clean toilets, sinks, and urinals
- Clean refrigerators, microwaves, Tables, and Chairs Warehouse and grounds area responsibility
Warehouse and Grounds
- Floor care (Sweeping and clutter removal)
- Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)
- Clear cardboard and dunnage/pallets from the work areas and place in the appropriate location.
- Pick up trash from the exterior grounds and periodically walk the parking lot with magnet to remove any metals.
This will be a mixed shift so the cleaning can be done during non-office hours. The shift can split, or it will be a modified 2nd shift 11am to 7pm (Example)
