Job Objective
Manage Carcoustics local IT at site in line with the company goals and standards in consultation with the global IT team. Offer a professional attitude and support the users by providing systems, policies, and procedures to be followed.
Description Of Main Tasks
- Provide support for users and IT Systems as a member of the IT Service Desk and Onsite Support team
- Ensure the operation of IT (hardware and software) in the supervised location(s) (problem analysis, troubleshooting and solving) according to the centrally defined standards
- Ensure the implementation of the centrally defined information security standards in cooperation with the IT security officer
- Plan and realize IT projects related to group standards at the supervised location(s)
- Implement user rights and authorizations
- IT cost control & planning all necessary measures at supervised location(s)
- Participate in regular and close communication with central IT (IT Infrastructure and IT Service Desk
Skills & Competencies
- Economic or technological apprenticeship alternatively additional specialist qualification in the field of activity
- About 3-6 years of work experience in an industrial company (preferably) within the automotive sector as well as in an international operating company
- Analytical, structured and solution oriented working style
- Hardware and Software troubleshooting skills on and advanced and independent level
- Familiar with any ticket system, and IT processes in general
- Handling and application of project management standards
