Carbone's Hospitality is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic bartender to join our team and provide an excellent guest drinking experience in a high volume, fast paced environment. Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding the needs and expectations of guests. Compensation includes hourly wage and tips.
Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests
• Interact with guests, take orders and serve food and drinks in a high volume setting
• Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Extensive craft beer, wine and spirit knowledge
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations- TIPS certified a plus

Requirements

• 3 working experience years as a high volume bartender
• Excellent knowledge of wine, beer, mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Flexible schedule with availability on nights and weekends
