Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and ensuring the successful completion of projects. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation - Oversee the selection and hiring of subcontractors and suppliers - Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets - Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations - Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success - Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports - Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise - Utilize project management software such as Primavera, HeavyBid, Prolog, etc. to track project progress Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) - Proven experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials - Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team - Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for construction project management and have the required skills and experience, we encourage you to apply for this position.
