JOB TITLE: Project Manager – Construction: Individual must have strong civil background and prior construction project management experience. Candidate must have knowledge of budgeting, estimating, scheduling, purchasing and overall site work project management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and manage projects from estimate through closeout;
• Negotiate and prepare contracts; bonds, insurance, lien waivers, closeout documents, and other various documents required from subcontractors and vendors;
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, execute trade buyouts and track job costs;
• Prepare Application for Payments;
• Prepare and negotiate PCO’s;
• Track submittals, issues, etc.;
• Project scheduling;
• Responsible for the maintenance/coordination of construction project files containing: plans, specifications, addendums, sketches, request for information, bid documents, contract documents, submittals, schedules, and other correspondence.

REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

Bachelor’s in Construction Management and/or Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.

Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Project.

Experience with project management software preferred.

Valid Driver’s License

Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
