Car Toys is Hiring a People Operations Administrator Near Auburn, WA

The People Operations Administrator works closely with the HR team to provide excellent employee experience on the front end, handling employee experience, at the back end, HRIS implementation and administration, data management and reporting. This role will be primarily responsible for executing HR processes and services, HRIS (UKG) and data management, analytics and reporting. In addition, this position will be responsible for supporting audit activities, customer service, and other operational support assistance where needed. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: 

* Partner with members of HR, management team, and field employees on all HR backend operational and employee services issues. 
* Administer and maintain HRIS system (UKG) with full process and data functionality. 
* Maintain ongoing employee files in Document Management System/ HRIS / ATS/ and other HR systems as needed. 
* Assist in employee service, quarries and support all employee HR operational needs. 
* Maintain one single source of HR database (UKG) that all company stakeholders can rely on the data. 
* Provide HR support for core HR processes, as well as ad hoc projects and requests. 
* Provide first level functional support to employees needing assistance with Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) for HR data related transaction 
* Maintain HR back-office database and workflows 
* Take on projects as needed to support the HR team 
* Provide excellence in customer service while fielding & responding to all internal HR related inquiries. 
* Cross-train within group to ensure coverage including benefits, leave and payroll.
* Participate in HR-driven cultural initiatives. 
* Timely and accurate maintenance of the HR shared inbox. 
* Monitor, audit, and ensure compliance on all new hire paperwork for accuracy. 
* Verify and ensure legal compliance with the completion of the eI-9 including E-verify regulations. 
* Administers pre-employment requirements including background requests, drug- screen, MVR and employment verification tickets. 
* Update and maintain the new hire spreadsheets on a daily basis. 
* Follow-up and ensure adherence to Work Opportunity Tax Credit [WOTC] Program. 
* Responsible for accurately assigning employee's access to Company's POS System. 
* Timely and accurate completion of unemployment claims. 
* Ability to prepare and run reports on a scheduled and ad hoc basis utilizing UKG and Excel. 
* Establish process and procedure improvements to streamline current processes. 
* Ability to interpret and communicate HR policies, procedures and programs 
* Ability to audit data as required across systems and reports.

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with employees, HR business partners, Payroll, Benefits, recruiting, cross- departments and all levels of the organization. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Demonstrates sensitivity to deadlines and commitments. Adapts to changes in business, job and customer requirements, systems, procedures, tools, team members and methods. 
* Ideally 3 - 5 years of HR experience. 
* Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 
* Superior analytical and critical thinking skills. 
* Must be able to multitask and prioritize workload, effectively managing conflicting priorities on a daily basis, move fast. 
* Strong technical skills in the use of HR systems (UKG Preferred) , MS office and other tools, excel proficient. 
* Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills. 
* Ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions across diverse stakeholders. 
* Strong internal and external customer service focus with an ability to develop solid working relationships.
* A bias for action, a strong work ethic and desire to achieve excellence. 
* SHRM-CP or PHR highly desirable. 
* Bachelors degree preferred.
* Possess a high level of integrity must show good judgment and confidentiality at all times. 
* Show high level of professionalism within the work place.

This position has a salary range of $72,000 - $85,000 per year.
