Caputo's Fresh Markets - locally owned and operated by the Angelo Caputo family since 1958 is seeking highly motivated individuals to work in our stores as Store Managers. You must be able to teach, train and develop the workers under your direct supervision, be involved in the hiring process and write schedules based on the needs of store which also provide exemplary customer service. A store manager should exhibit a good working knowledge of the store operation in order to understand and assist in all areas of the store. You will be responsible for opening and closing the store and will work early, mid and evening shifts during a 5 1/2 day work week. A store manager should communicate, supervise and follow through to completion on all assigned tasks. You will be responsible for in stock, pricing, rotation, sanitation, freshness and safety in your assigned areas of responsibility. We are looking for operators capable of making a difference through their work ethic and attention to detail.
