Thriving CPA firm located on the northshore is currently seeking an experienced Accountant. Job Responsibilities:

· Prepare most types of tax returns

· Analyze and adjust workpapers for use in tax preparation

· Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports for clients

· Assist on audit and review level financial statement engagements

· Establish and maintain relationships with clients

· Manage projects and ensure they stay on budget

· Work on special accounting or tax related projects

· Provide other services as the needs arise

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3-5 years in public accounting with the focus in taxes

· Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred

· Experience with MS Office along with accounting and tax software programs

· Strong written and verbal communications skills

· Deadline driven with strong decision-making skills

· Self-starter with superior analytical skills

· Strong attention to detail, highly ethical, self-directed and results oriented individual

· Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
