Capture is a startup fintech company that specializes in providing solutions to businesses who may be struggling with aging accounts receivables. Our platform empowers our clients to streamline their aging accounts receivables processes and optimize their revenue collection strategies. As an SDR/AE at Capture, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and engaging potential clients and guiding them through our solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients using various sources including online platforms, industry events, and referrals.
Qualification: Assess the needs and pain points of potential clients to determine their suitability for Capture's solutions, ensuring a strong alignment between their requirements and our offerings.
Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and social media, to introduce Capture's solutions and create interest in our offerings.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase how Capture's solutions can address the specific challenges and goals of potential clients.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and trusting relationships with potential clients by understanding their unique needs, addressing their concerns, and providing expert guidance throughout the sales journey.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring a well-organized and efficient sales pipeline.
