Summary :
Job Description :
Maintain timekeeping and attendance records
Assist with employee changes, such as address, benefits, 401k, withholding, direct deposit, etc.
Manage safety shoe subsidy and gym membership reimbursements
Assist with the new hire onboarding process
Schedule and oversee weekly meals and healthy snacks
Perform other HR duties as necessary
This is NOT a remote role.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
Strong and intuitive decision-making skills
Punctuality and problem solving skills needed
Strong technology skills and familiarity working with Microsoft Office products
Experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced, ever growing environment
