CaptiveAire maintains a network of over 90 sales offices in the U.S. and Canada and six strategically located manufacturing plants in North Carolina, Iowa, Oklahoma, California, Pennsylvania and Florida.
Summary:This is an onsite role working within HR with employees and the plant manager in a fast paced manufacturing plant environment.
Job Description:
- Maintain timekeeping and attendance records
- Assist with employee changes, such as address, benefits, 401k, withholding, direct deposit, etc.
- Manage safety shoe subsidy and gym membership reimbursements
- Assist with the new hire onboarding process
- Schedule and oversee weekly meals and healthy snacks
- Perform other HR duties as necessary
- This is NOT a remote role.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
- Strong and intuitive decision-making skills
- Punctuality and problem solving skills needed
- Strong technology skills and familiarity working with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced, ever growing environment
