Capstone Resource Management is Hiring a Floor Technician Near Birmingham, AL
We are looking to hire an experienced Floor Technician to perform daily floor care, cleaning, buffing and refinishing floors, cleaning carpets, and performing housekeeping duties as assigned.
Essential Job Functions:
Perform day-to-day floor cleaning activities in accordance with daily work assignments. Clean floors to include sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, disinfecting, etc. Clean carpets to include vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing and disinfecting. Buff floors using floor machine and appropriate pad and finish as needed. Refinish floors using proper stripping or scrubbing method as needed or assigned. Pick up accumulated trash and place in designated areas for storage or removal. Clean exit/entrance door areas, to include removing trash and cigarette butts, clean glass with cleaner and clean/sweep entrance mats.
Work schedule is Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm-5:00am
Pay rate is $15.49/hour
