Job Title: Associate Director of Housing Operations
Reports To: Director of Affiliated Housing
Location: Bowie State University Housing Operations
Compensation: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year and a comprehensive benefits package
FLSA Status: Exempt
Summary
The Associate Director of Housing Operations is responsible for the management of leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, resident engagement, and other administrative operations for Bowie State University Housing Operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supervisory Responsibilities
The position will supervise (3) Assistant Directors (Operations, Student Services, and Accounts Operations), and the AP Coordinator. Position will evaluate job performance of all direct supervisees by providing ongoing feedback and annual performance reviews and assist supervisees with execution of goals. Schedule and conduct regular staff meetings to convey information.

Physical Demands

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
Work Environment
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Work is usually performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. The work environment is mid to high paced. The ability to work more than 40 hours a week while learning the operation and during key times of operational demand is necessary. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Salary is $75,000 - $80,000 per year commensurate with experience. Includes excellent benefits including medical, dental, 401K and professional development funding.
