Capstone Logistics is Hiring a Site manager Near Mount Juliet, TN

Starting Range : $65,

This role will oversee and assist a team of CDL-A switchers moving trailers around a Partner campus. Individual will be responsible for planning labor, production, and cost control.

Manage the daily workload to ensure required service and quality levels are attained. Train and coach staff in standard policies, procedures and best practices.

The individual in this role is responsible for executing initiatives in multiple functional areas including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, associate relations, retention, training, and compliance.

Serves as a key contributor toward fostering a positive work environment and helping drive company culture along with building a strong partnership daily.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manages 7 CDL A drivers.
  • Interacts daily with partner representatives.

p p ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Responsibilities :

  • Provide all levels of management and field associates with policy interpretation and act as resource for a variety of requests for information.
  • Plan and execute staff models.
  • Prepare and run metrics reports.
  • Maintain CDL A paperwork.
  • Uses onsite data collection software to generate partner facing reporting.
