Your role as a Country Manager will help develop meaningful healthcare relationships to connect our products with clinicians. 

We are a team of global professionals who are passionate about doing work that matters. We are seeking a full-time Country Manager in Germany who will support Capsa’s International sales division.

The main objective of this position is to develop the Top lines while deploying Capsa value proposition to exceed its sales and profitability goals mainly through:

1. Acceleration of penetration in Germany 

2. Optimizing the existing business

3. Accelerate deployment of new business/products

As a Country Manager, your contributions to the team will include:

  • Selling and supporting the Capsa Healthcare product portfolio, with focus on technology portfolio.
  • Promoting the value of Capsa’s complete product and service solutions.
  • Developing and executing business development and prospecting strategies within Germany.
  • Developing monthly / quarterly sales forecasts and business plans to achieve pre-defined strategies and financial objectives.
  • Conducting and coordinating product fairs and trials; and will be responsible for the administration, coordination, attendance coverage, and necessary follow-up for each fair/trial. 
  • Building relationships with distributors, channel partners, and direct customers
  • Maintaining Sales Force database to include: opportunity detail, forecast, and pipeline data. Regular and consistent maintenance is required.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and expertise within the Hospital Technology marketplace. 
  • Ability to develop and implement an effective business plan and manage a long-term sales cycle.
  • Ability to make professional presentations with skill and confidence. 
  • Ability to negotiate and maintain a high understanding of the healthcare ecosystem in targeted countries.
  • Ability to travel, including frequent overnight stays within assigned territory, or any other country as directed by Capsa for the purpose of fulfilling applicable job duties.

What we ask of you:

  • Business Degree preferred
  • 6 years of business development & sales experience in IT and Medication Management equipment within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong existing Network with Hospital’s CIOs, CTOs, and other technology providers in our industry.
  • Expertise in EMR adoption.
  • Experience in a team selling environment including inside sales support, corporate accounts, channel managers, and product specialists.
  • Strong team skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external groups as part of various initiatives.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Current passport for job-related travel
