Caprock Academy is seeking a Director of Analytics. Caprock Academy is a public, tuition-free school chartered by the Colorado Charter School Institute and utilizes the timeless principles of classically oriented education. As a person integral to Caprock Academy’s team, the Director of Analytics will maintain the integrity of, advocate for, and facilitate the implementation of Caprock Academy’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values of character, accountability and academics. The Director of Analytics will facilitate personal leadership within its student body and faculty, especially with regards to student discipline and teacher supervision.

Caprock Academy follows the Core Knowledge© curriculum in grades K–8. This curriculum encompasses language arts, mathematics, science, history, geography, fine arts, and physical education. The curriculum is characterized by content-rich instruction, cumulative knowledge, content-specific lessons, and coherent sequencing. The foundation of our academics are rooted in classical education philosophy and pedagogy, following the grammar, logic and rhetoric trivium. FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Salary Exempt

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Regular, full-time

WORK HOURS: 40 hours per week

PAY RANGE: Starting salary $55,000 depending on experience and education

REPORTS TO: Head of School

Essential Duties:

• Manage IT contracts and manage IT Hardware/software updates.
• Director and Data Analyst organizer.
• Supervise SIS Manager, Registrar, and IT Support Specialist, Assessment Coordinator, Report Associate.
• Creates high school scheduling and associated schedules.
• Oversee School Assessment Coordinator with HS testing.
• Oversee School Assessment Coordinator with test training, scheduling, and implementation.
• Assist staff with occasional technology or other issues.
• Backup Transportation & Facilities Assistant with on-campus, athletic event set-up.
• Manage non-athletic event setup.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (education or related field preferred).
• Experience in management and supervision.
• Proficient with Computer and Technology
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills
• Proficient math and grammar skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Self-starter
• Ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure
• Strong ability to multi-task and works well with interruption
• Works well in a team setting
• Able to lift to 30 pounds
• Current Colorado Driver’s License
