Part-time, Monday to Friday shifts vary between 11:00 am to 7:30 pm (flexibility required), Saturday between 9:00 am to 6:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their dry cleaning orders.
• Calculate transaction costs accurately and process payments efficiently.
• Tag garments for cleaning according to established procedures and timeframes.
• Assist returning customers, ensuring they receive their garments promptly and in pristine condition.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting, receiving and providing feedback as needed.
• Willingness to learn and follow established processes and procedures.
• Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple customer orders simultaneously.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods (up to 90% of the shift) and lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds overhead.
• Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for scheduled shifts.
