Overview

Under the direction of the Director of Expense Management and Operational Analytics, supports and manages the calculation and reporting of operational and financial key performance indicators for the Finance team. Performs quality control activities related to the underlying KPI data from a proprietary operating system to ensure accurate and timely calculations, validation of data to other sources (i.e., general ledger data, SSRS reports, etc.), and reporting requirements. Participates in the design, development, and automation of required data for reporting formal Service Level Agreement measures to clients. Responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of KPIs for internal and external consumption.

Responsibilities

• Assists with analysis, reconciliation, and quality control projects on as required.
• Calculates and prepares annual, quarterly, monthly, and daily key performance indicators (KPIs) and the analysis of results produced.
• Assists the Director of Expense Management with departmental benchmarking projects and data analysis activities.
• Assists with development of reporting, processes and procedures that ensure measurable productivity while improving profitability.
• Responsible for aggregating, measuring, and reporting KPIs related to the Finance team’s achievement of client-specific service level agreements (SLAs).
• A resource for producing requested data related to company financial performance in an analytical manner.
• Assist Director of Expense Management with preparation and routine maintenance of monthly forecasting models at a client level. Includes the running of monthly system reports regarding authorization activity, revenue, and behavioral performance indicators.
• Updates monthly forecast templates for actual results at the individual client level. Provides a variance analysis of authorizations behavior and revenue to budget. Recommends forecast variables changes as necessary.
• Assist with annual budget preparation.
• Partners with Accounting to perform ad hoc revenue file audits to assure the proper billing and revenue recognition for file-level fees.
• Assist with reconciliations of various reporting for clients.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Experience conducting analysis of financial or performance measures.
• Strong analytical, computer, and Microsoft Office (Excel) skills.
• Power BI experience a plus.
