The Receptionist is responsible for the connection of every customer to the destination they need within our dealerships.

Schedule :

Schedule for 20-25 hours part time reception position :

• If scheduled Monday-Friday shift (3pm-8pm)
• Saturdays are mandatory.

Run 2 shifts (8am-2pm or 2pm - 8pm)

2 Sundays a month are mandatory (10am-7pm)

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• A positive attitude, exceptional work ethic, and a willingness to learn

Duties & Responsibilities, including but not limited to :

• Dedicated to provide exemplary customer service / hospitality as the first point of contact for all customers
• Identify client needs and route the phone calls / in person requests to the correct department
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Phone experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment and on your own
• Ensure the reception and lounge area is well maintained
• We give preference to applicants who are willing to provide documentation of COVID-19 vaccination or qualification for medical or religious exception
