The time has come for a united effort to provide assistance to homeowners in need of guidance and support. Capitol Insurance Restorations is on a mission to revolutionize the way homeowners handle roofing issues, offering free inspections to streamline the insurance claims process. We need passionate individuals to join our cause and help homeowners protect their most valuable asset – their homes.

We are looking for individuals who embody a spirit of enthusiasm for assisting others, a genuine passion for helping homeowners navigate insurance claims, and an innate ability to identify homes in need of assistance. Even if you've never worked in roofing or insurance claims before, we offer comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to excel in this role. The ideal candidate will not only bring a fervor for helping homeowners through the insurance claims process but will also excel in the art of identifying homes with roofing issues and providing guidance with empathy and understanding. Compensation:

  • Position pays a bonus of:

($100-$200 per free home inspection scheduled and conducted)

  • Salary

(Salary is negotiable upon interview)

Position Overview:

- Job Title: Insurance Inspector (Community Outreach)

- Location: Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington DC

- Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Identifying Homes with Roofing Issues:

- Conduct neighborhood surveys to identify homes experiencing roofing problems such as leaks, damages, or aging roofs.

- Offer free roofing inspections to homeowners identified as needing assistance.

2. Community Engagement:

- Educate homeowners about the insurance claims process and provide guidance on navigating it effectively.

- Utilize expertise to help homeowners understand their insurance policies and ensure they receive fair compensation for roofing damages.

Qualifications:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for providing support and guidance to homeowners.

- Ability to identify homes with roofing issues and conduct initial assessments.

- Reliable work vehicle to go out to storm damaged areas.
