Job Summary:Capitol Chevrolet, the #1 Chevy Dealership in Texas, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Used Car Salesperson to join our team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while selling used vehicles to our valued customers. We are seeking someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and has a proven track record of success in sales. This is a full-time, individual contributor position with a competitive salary.

Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome customers to the dealership in a friendly and professional manner
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Educate customers about the features and benefits of our used vehicles
- Conduct test drives and accompany customers on them
- Negotiate sales prices and financing options to meet the customer's budget
- Complete all necessary paperwork and follow up with customers after the purchase
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, current promotions, and dealership policies
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient computer skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
