Capitol Bridge, LLC. is seeking an On-Site Full-Time Supervisor(s) tojoin our team in Columbia, South Carolina. We are looking for anexperienced Supervisor to supervise and motivate our team to meetand exceed our client’s expectations.

The Supervisor will serve asfirst point of contact for our staff and will facilitate positiveand constructive feedback to ensure their team(s) have the toolsthey need to succeed in theirrole.

Hours of Operations - Live Production Schedule Supervisorswill be provided a live production schedule aftertraining

  • Monday-FridayOperation
  • Must be flexible with schedules, workweekends and holidays as needed
  • Please notethat all schedules are subject to change due to businessneeds

KeyResponsibilities :

  • TeamLeadership : Provide strong leadership to a team ofcustomer / document support specialists, fostering a positive workenvironment that promotes collaboration, innovation, andexcellence
  • PerformanceManagement : Set clear performance expectations forteam members and monitor their performance regularly. Provideguidance, feedback, and coaching to support professionaldevelopment and ensure high-quality servicedelivery
  • ProgramCoordination : Coordinate the implementation ofvarious health and human services programs, ensuring adherence toregulations, policies, andprocedures
  • QualityAssurance : Develop and implement quality assuranceprocesses to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency ofdepartmental programs and services.

Identify areas for improvementand implement corrective actions asnecessary

  • Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain positive relationships withinternal and external stakeholders, including other governmentagencies, community organizations, and service providers, tosupport collaborative efforts in addressing the needs of SouthCarolina residents
  • PolicyDevelopment : Stay abreast of changes in state andfederal laws, regulations, and policies related to health and humanservices.

Provide input into the development of departmentalpolicies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment withbest practices

Data Analysis andReporting : Analyze data related to program outcomes,performance indicators, and client demographics to informdecision-making and improve service delivery.

Prepare reports andpresentations for management, stakeholders, and regulatory agenciesas required

  • Training andDevelopment : Identify training needs for teammembers and coordinate or provide training opportunities to enhancetheir skills and knowledge in areas relevant to theirroles
  • Emergency Response : Participate in departmental emergency responseefforts as needed, including providing support during naturaldisasters, public health emergencies, or othercrises

EducationandQualifications :

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent, but more leadership, especially incall center is preferred but not required
  • Atleast 1 year supervisor or leadership experiencerequired
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service,leadership and team interaction skills arerequired
  • Experience with coaching, training,and motivating employees is required
  • Ability tocommunicate effectively in English, both verbally and inwriting
  • Uses good judgment, ability to makeindependent decisions and proactively problem solve asrequired
  • Must be organized and have strong timemanagement skills
  • Must be Flexible withSchedule and may be required to work off-shift, and occasionaltravel to customer and other clientsites
  • Experience with, or knowledge of, SouthCarolina Medicaid, Veteran and or Health insurance industrypreferred
  • Must have PC skills (MicrosoftOffice) with an emphasis on Excel and OutlookEmail
  • Basic math skillsrequired
  • Maintain schedule flexibility due tobusiness needs; anticipate assigned shift changes at anytime
  • Ability to interact with all levels ofmanagement
  • Strong analytical and organizationalskills
  • Bilingual is preferred, notrequired
