Position Overview:
  • The Floor Manager plays a crucial role in the success of the business by overseeing the operations on the front lines. You will be responsible for managing and motivatingĀ a team of employees, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service and maximizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff to ensure efficient operation and exceptional customer service.
  • Lead by example, providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members to maximize their potential and foster a positive work environment.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and merchandising standards are maintained.
  • Implement sales strategies and promotional initiatives to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed customer expectations.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, identifying areas for improvement and implementing training programs as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety, security, and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with fellow management staff to develop and implement operational plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $65,000 - $85,000 depending on candidate experience and skillset.
