Reporting Analyst
The Bone and Joint Center is seeking a professional, detail oriented, candidate to join our Finance Office as a Reporting Analyst to assist business leaders in managing the operations of our practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Run recurring reports and analyze against expectations, summarize performance for management
- Create new reports to analyze changes in business processes
- Assist in the analysis of key business focus areas
- Assist management in analyzing insurance payor trends
- Support Director of Operations and CFO with ad-hoc reporting needs
- Special projects as assigned
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business or Health related field
- Strong understanding of data analysis and data validation
- Ability to analyze large amounts of information using Excel functionality
- Exceptional attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve problems promptly
- Have the ability to work towards established goals individually and within a team
- Familiarity with medical office metrics a plus
- The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills with the ability to build and foster strong cross-functional relationships, internally and externally
