Capital Region Orthopaedics is Hiring a Reporting Analyst Near Albany, NY

Reporting Analyst

The Bone and Joint Center is seeking a professional, detail oriented, candidate to join our Finance Office as a Reporting Analyst to assist business leaders in managing the operations of our practice.

Responsibilities include:

  • Run recurring reports and analyze against expectations, summarize performance for management
  • Create new reports to analyze changes in business processes
  • Assist in the analysis of key business focus areas
  • Assist management in analyzing insurance payor trends
  • Support Director of Operations and CFO with ad-hoc reporting needs
  • Special projects as assigned

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business or Health related field
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and data validation
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of information using Excel functionality
  • Exceptional attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems promptly
  • Have the ability to work towards established goals individually and within a team
  • Familiarity with medical office metrics a plus
  • The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills with the ability to build and foster strong cross-functional relationships, internally and externally
