Develop and champion a bold vision that drives meaningful outcomes by embracing the art of the possible.
Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer.
You'll establish a long-term product portfolio strategy, informed by customer and business needs, and partner with leaders and stakeholders to regularly drive alignment, secure resources and overcome impediments
You'll attract, grow, empower, and inspire top product talent as they develop and deliver on their local product strategy in an iterative, outcome-focused and well-managed way
As part of the Talent and Performance Management role, you will:
Lead the product strategy for consumer-grade talent and performance management experiences at Capital One; you'll take a broad view of both external, market-leading platforms and Capital One's enterprise HR priorities to shape an inspiring multi-year vision and roadmap for our talent and performance products
Lead teams of world-class product managers who will continually raise the bar on what great looks like across product strategy and roadmap development, design, documentation, testing, and monitoring
Partner with a broad range of stakeholders across business, technology, cyber, risk, and legal to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers while maintaining a holistic view of tradeoffs and risks
Collaborate with peers leading product and platform initiatives across the enterprise to ensuring continual knowledge sharing and feedback loops to drive innovation and minimize arbitrary uniqueness

Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 8 years of experience in consumer-facing and/or B2B digital product management
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
MBA or Master's degree
5 years of experience in Agile product management
5 years of experience in HR/talent software-as-a-service
Experience building technology capabilities 0 to 1

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $272,600 - $311,200 for Sr. Dir, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
