Capital Interventional Pain & Spine Center LLC is Hiring an Office Supervisor Near Rockville, MD

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our medical clinic team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all aspects of administrative tasks.

Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate office activities and operations

- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize workflow and maximize productivity.

- Coordinate patient scheduling, appointments, and follow-up care to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.

- Oversee insurance verification, billing, and coding processes to minimize errors and maximize revenue capture.

- Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to address concerns and resolve issues promptly.

- Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment and promote professional development.

- Handle patient inquiries and complaints in a timely manner

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and reports

- Monitor clinic flow on a daily basis to ensure efficiency of front desk, medical assistants, and physician.

-Help with coverage of front desk and medical assistant duties if needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience supervising a team
- Knowledge of medical office management
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to perform clerical tasks efficiently
- Team management skills with a focus on collaboration
- Proficient in general administrative duties
