Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/ Estimator to join our team. The Project Manager / Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of construction projects and providing detailed proposals. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams.

Duties:

- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors

- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop project budgets

- Review and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers

- Conduct site visits to gather information for estimating purposes

- Create detailed take-offs and quantity surveys from construction drawings and schematics

- Research and analyze historical cost data to ensure accurate estimates

- Prepare comprehensive proposals that outline project scope, costs, and timelines

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Project Estimator in the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques

- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions are also compensated.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
