Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced Test Engineer to join our team to support our government clients. The successful applicant will be responsible for testing our industrial digital twin, interactive 3D training, and real world simulation applications. You will apply your skills and heuristics across a spectrum of projects and technologies.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset, work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGS’ capabilities to serve our clients.

Job Responsibilities

As a Test Engineer, you will:

• Explore the context of your projects and getting to know the products and technology
• Develop the test strategy, logistics, and products to be executed for each project
• Design and applying test techniques to uncover important problems
• Discover risk that threatens the value of our products and the business
• Share the testing and quality story with stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
• An excellent communicator, both spoken and written
• An active collaborator who engages in conversation and storytelling
• A passionate learner and creative problem solver
• A mission-driven individual who focuses on risk
• Has a breadth of skills, tactics, and heuristics to apply to testing problems
• Experience working in an Agile development environment

Desired Qualifications:

• Testing experience in games, digital twins, or simulations on the Unity or Unreal Engine
• Testing experience with multiple platforms (PC, XR, Web, and Mobile)
• Security testing experience
• Coding skills
• Rapid Software Testing training
