Job Description:
- Minimum 6 plus years experience in Duck Creek policy components, including design, development and implementation of commercial lines of business
- Working knowledge of SQL and XML
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with business users, team members and executive leadership
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Lead customer discussion with respect to base functionality and Customization.
- Collaborate with system architects, vendors, and business partners.
- Leading and mentoring a small development team, including assignment of tasks that align with skills and support growth
- Designing solutions that meet business needs
- Being a successful liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure productive partnerships and productivity
- Creating technical specifications (diagrams, information flows, presentations)
- Driving the resolution and creative solutions of reported system problems and bugs
- Complex development , troubleshooting and testing assignments
- Creating POCs when necessary
