JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: Newark, NJ

We are currently seeking a Salesforce Vlocity Developer with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions and expertise in Salesforce technologies.

Key Requirements:

• Salesforce Vlocity Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Vlocity.
• Solution Implementation: Proficiency in implementing solutions in Salesforce while adhering to Salesforce's recommended standards. Ability to engage in discussions with business stakeholders and Business Analysts regarding Out of the Box (OOTB) functionalities versus customization.
• DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with Copado with Vlocity DevOps for streamlined development processes.
• Salesforce Administration: Outstanding Salesforce administration skills to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of Salesforce instances.
• Technical Proficiency: Sound knowledge in Jenkins, Bitbucket, JIRA, and Github. Hands-on technical experience in Visual Studio, Postman, SOAP UI, APEX, and all standard out-of-the-box SFDC features.
• End-to-End Requirement Handling: Proficiency in requirement analysis, design, and development to ensure comprehensive solutions.
• Lightning Component Development: Ability to write custom Lightning Components in JavaScript within the Lightning Web Components (LWC) framework.
• Client Interaction: Strong client-facing and communication skills are essential for this role.
• Insurance Domain Knowledge Certification: Preferable certification or strong knowledge in the insurance domain.
