Role: Salesforce Tech Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead who will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our team members in various technical aspects of their roles, particularly coding and programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Vlocity, coupled with over 8 years of overall experience in projects involving Salesforce implementation.
• Solution Implementation: Proficiency in implementing solutions in Salesforce while adhering to Salesforce's recommended standards. Ability to engage in discussions with business stakeholders and Business Analysts regarding Out of the Box (OOTB) functionalities versus customization.
• DevOps Proficiency: Essential knowledge in Copado with Vlocity DevOps to streamline development processes.
• Salesforce Administration: Exceptional Salesforce administration skills to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of Salesforce instances.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding and practical experience in tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, JIRA, and Github.
• Hands-on Experience: Proficiency in technical tools and languages including Visual Studio, Postman, SOAP UI, APEX, and all standard out-of-the-box Salesforce (SFDC) features.
• End-to-End Requirement Handling: Capability in handling requirement analysis, design, and development to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Lightning Component Development: Ability to write custom Lightning Components in JavaScript within the Lightning Web Components (LWC) framework.
• Client Interaction: Client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Domain Knowledge: Preferable certification or strong knowledge in the insurance domain.
