Roles and Responsibilities:
- Solving technical challenges e.g. scalability, reliability and performance
- Collaboration with Agent Assist engineering team to integrate Agent Assist Backend into enterprise customers? legacy systems.
- Supporting customers on architecture reviews to provide technical details on how Agent Assist integration with customers? existing Cloud or on-prem infrastructure.
- Bringing customers? challenges first hand to the Engineering team to improve on the product feature.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Very familiar with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Hands-on experience with Pub/Sub, Redis Memorystore, Secret Manager, Cloud Run, Authentication (e.g. OAuth2).
- Experience with scalable networking technologies (such as Load Balancers, Firewalls) and web standards (e.g. REST APIs, web security mechanisms).
- Working knowledge of container technologies (such as Kubernetes, Docker).
- Industry experience with Cloud Architecture design and implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\\'s or master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Strong technical skills with experience leading complex technical projects
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and external partners.
- Expertise working in an Agile development environment short sprint.
