Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Utilities Manager preferably GTA but supporting our national client facing delivery on engagements and sales pursuits.

Key responsibilities:

• Day-to-day talking to client stakeholders and project management as part of project delivery activities and for governance and reporting activities
• Facilitation of client workshops for visioning, business process mapping and redesign
• Preparing and reviewing cases, roadmaps, client proposals to ensure quality and completeness. Running validation sessions with clients stakeholders to acquire consensus and signoff
• Experience in leading a delivery team of at least 5-10 team members. Coaching attitude for team members to enable team development.
• Positive attitude to collaborate with others, willingness to learn and grow, and strong execution and self-starter skills with limited oversight
• Transformation mandates require a multi-disciplinary lens across multiple Capgemini service lines, and candidates with experience bringing these elements together will be preferred.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of consulting experience, preferably supporting utilities
• Experience in project planning, project management, project delivery in client facing capacity
• Ability to communicate and write synthesis of recommendations and findings to manager, director, and VP-level audience
• Prior experience in core utilities business processes including but not limited to meter-to-cash, contact centre activities, outage management, account move’s, digital self-service processes would be preferred.
