RETAIL STORE MANAGER

Immediate Position Available

Capel Inc., is looking for a motivated and responsible individual with retail store management experience to join our team. We are interviewing NOW for our store in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Previous experience within the home furnishings industry, decorative home products or interior design is a plus. Must have the ability to provide daily store management which includes: store operations, inventory management, and merchandising and display functions. In addition, this position requires recruiting, training, mentoring and motivating sales associates.

***Preferred Experience***

• Retail store operations experience within the home furnishings or equivalent markets
• Ability to meet and exceed company sales goals
• Inventory management, display and merchandising skills
• Team management and sales coaching experience
• Customer service skills
• Computer skills – Point of Sale – MS Office Suite
