Capecchi and Company Realty is Hiring a Real Estate Administrative Assistant Near Saint Paul, MN

We're searching for a diligent assistant to provide administrative and operational support. You’ll be responsible for supporting clients in a friendly and timely manner, building operational systems, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and other related activities. You are highly presentable, have impeccable follow through and have exceptional verbal and written communication. You must be able to pivot between competing priorities and constantly think of ways to streamline the processes of the team. Compensation:

$55,000 - $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an efficient and well-organized office environment, manage office supplies and facilities, and coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Assist the team leader in managing their calendar and schedule, schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate any necessary arrangements
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and postal mail, respond to inquiries, draft and proofread correspondence and reports, and maintain professional communication
  • Accurately enter and update data, and maintain well-organized (physical and digital) files to facilitate retrieval
  • Provide assistance to the team leader with tasks such as preparing presentations, creating documents, and organizing files
  • Schedule and coordinate team meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and assist with event, seminar, and training planning
  • Maintain and manage team drives, calendars, contacts, and listings
  • Assist with ad hoc projects based on the business's needs
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite, CRM)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
  • Concerned about doing things the right way
  • Real estate license preferred
