The Project Manager will work collaboratively with the leadership team to achieve program performance and business growth. The Project Manager will provide senior operational program support for contract program operations and will directly supervise and manage program performance to ensure service delivery meets contractual requirements and are conducted within the guidelines and directives.

The Project Manager will coordinate and strategize the company new business pipeline and business proposal activities for new business opportunities. The Project Manager must be knowledgeable of program management. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Provides program management support for the execution of service delivery, staffing, quality control, and contract management
• Develops and fosters key customer relationships for existing contracts and targeted opportunities.

• Top Secret Clearance
• Solid understanding of federal government professional and technical services contracting.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of government contracting experience in Program Management
• Experience with IT program management and Hardware Deployment
• Track record of program management success and ability to develop new opportunities for business growth.
• Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Outstanding people management and leadership skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including listening, and a genuine interest in the well-being of all in the organization.
• Self-motivated with minimal oversight.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
