Cape Fox Facilities Services is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler / Program Scheduler. The Scheduler will lead and manage all PM DCATS Program Office Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) activities using ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) as a transition away from Microsoft Project, Project Web Access, and Excel spreadsheets, to manage tasks and run reports.

• Develop, maintain, and provide configuration control for Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across all lines of effort using ServiceNow
• Ensure consistency of schedule information across acquisition documentation in the project office
• Provide support as required to the development of various schedule products for program briefings, acquisition documentation, budget submissions, and cost estimates
• Develop and maintain a schedule change log as required for program schedules
• Review contractor IMS submission and provide analysis in support of monthly program management reviews, design reviews, status meetings, and Integrated Baseline Reviews

• Bachelors Degree (required) in business, accounting, or economics (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) Experience
• Minimum of 5 years relevant strategic management experience developing resource loaded schedules
• Superior writing and grammar skills
• Knowledge of DOD 5000 Series, Military Standard 881D, Army Regulation 70-1, and DoD Risk, Issue, and Opportunity Management Guide for Defense Acquisition Programs
• Experience creating and managing IMS and Defense Acquisition System Milestones
• Experience in managing the IMS within the DoD Acquisition Framework
• Relevant experience in development of schedules within ServiceNow and Microsoft Project suite, including resource loading
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and SmartSheet
• PM Institute Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) (Preferred)
• SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold and be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level; US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location
• Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
