Integrated Master Scheduler
Location: Fort Belvoir VA (Hybrid – Tue & Thursday on-site) The Integrated Master Scheduler shall support the program by ensuring major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across the portfolio and product offices, to include: • Maintains program schedules / roadmaps / baselines
• Tracks plans and schedules
• Develops and executes agile schedules / roadmaps / baselines that align with customer needs and Best Practices
• Develops and manages schedule metrics and reports
• Works independently with Program Managers, staff and others to develop schedules, baselines, estimates, and reporting status
• Analyzes and tracks project interdependencies
• Performs schedule risk analysis and develops and presents corrective action plans and mitigation strategies based on schedule risk assessment, project health, and critical path analysis
• Identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts
• Defines standards and processes for agile schedule integration activities
• Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas
• Understands and utilizes enterprise-level scheduling tools
• Provides transparency through consistent reporting and communication for internal and external stakeholders Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree with 5 years of experience
• Strong Experience with MS Project Server
• Solid experience of executing best practices and disciplines (e.g., SCRUM, Agile)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to co-ordinate and support multiple stakeholders
• Agile Certification preferred.
• Active Secret Clearance
