| Lead Teacher (3 yr old Classroom) Job Summary Under supervision of the School Leader, responsible for the total classroom operation per Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS). Responsible for leading the classroom while collaborating with Teacher II in the planning and execution of daily classroom activities. Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Required Education/Experience 4-year-old Classroom
3 Year Old Classroom
Infant/Toddler or 2 Year Old Classroom
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Essential Physical & Mental Requirements This is a classroom position that requires active supervision, requiring focused attention to look, listen, and engage with young children. Work requires frequent bending, stooping, lifting, squatting, kneeling, crawling, stretching, pushing, and pulling throughout the day. Must have the ability to lift and/or carry objects and children weighing up to fifty (50) pounds and quickly respond to children's needs. Regular and reliable attendance is required. | ||
