Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of coaching experience
• Head Coaching experience preferred
• Master's Degree preferred
• Campus administrative experience can be considered/substituted for coaching experience

Major Responsibilites and Duties:

• Provide support to the overall athletic program of Canyon ISD
• Report directly to the Athletic Director
• Work daily with coaches, parents, and student-athletes
• Build and foster relationships with campus administration along with the multiple departments within the district
• Be able to work extended hours including nights and weekends to provide support at athletic events
• Other duties may include: managing facilities, managing social media, facilitating multiple events daily, applying a strong knowledge of UIL rules, supporting District initiatives, working daily with coaches to support growth, working with community stakeholders, scheduling, ticketing, and other items that support the direction and vision of Canyon ISD Athletics
