Mobile Medical Group is seeking Experienced Nurse Practitioners. 

Great part-time (5-25hrs/wk) position working with geriatric population in a new assisted living facility. No nights or weekends. Evaluation and management of new residents. Job duties include but not limited to:

• Provide for general health needs of patients including health promotion, maintenance and restoration. Initiate health promotion and disease prevention strategies that are customized to individual’s needs.
• Perform accurate comprehensive health history, review of systems and physical examination, concluding with diagnosis and treatment.
• Order, perform and interpret diagnostic procedures and tests for acute and common primary care conditions.
• Coordinate and communicate with ancillary services including living facilities, home health and hospice services.

Required Qualifications:

-Colorado Nurse Practitioner license and national certification (Family Medicine, Adult Medicine or Geriatrics)

-Active DEA license with prescriptive authority, or ability to obtain

-Proficient in assessment and patient education

-Colorado Driver’s License and Auto Insurance in accordance with the state of Colorado
