Canyon Distributing is a beverage distributor established in May of 2000 in Kingman (Mohave and La Paz County), Arizona. The Company expanded by acquiring distributors in Yuma (Yuma County), Arizona in April of 2002, and in Prescott (Yavapai County), Arizona in August of 2003.

The Company has re-built all three organizations from the ground up to include updated facilities and fleet at each location, creating more jobs and also improving the everyday work environment of every employee. Our company is currently seeking a hard working and motivated Inside Sales Representative for our various distribution centers.

In this role, you will be responsible for servicing customer relationships in accounts which meet specific criteria to gain and maintain the distribution of brands sold through Canyon Distributing. All responsibilities are performed at our shared services office in Fayetteville, AR, and customer communications are via telephone and email.

The Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of sales function for assigned accounts, to include:

• Timely completion of daily call list to ensure processing of order for next day delivery

• Calls to include new product offerings, promotions, and point of sale opportunities

• Must maintain current product knowledge

• Timely completion of daily call list to ensure processing of order for 48 hour delivery

• Establish and maintain professional customer relationships.

• Resolve customer concerns/complaints within approved parameters

• Delivery of signage or POS to accounts as time permits

• Tracking of product dates and notification to Quality Representative of necessary rotations

• Partners with Quality Representative and Delivery Team to ensure efficient service level at retail

• Actively assist in developing future process or programs within Tel-Sell.

• May be asked to assist other Tel-Sell Reps, Customer Service or Receptionist during busy periods and/or absences.

The Other Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and telephone discipline skills are essential and must be able to convey outgoing personality over the telephone

• Customer service experience or similar in the beverage industry preferred.

• Must have basic computer knowledge and be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite

• Must have proven organizational skills

• Must be a team player who is also able to work independently

• Bilingual skills in Spanish strongly preferred

• Position requires sitting while on telephone 8 hours/day. Also requires ability to enter data into computer while on the phone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
