Position Overview:

Canvas Real Estate is seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate Brokerage Recruiter to play a pivotal role in expanding our team of real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the real estate industry, and a passion for connecting with and nurturing top-tier talent. This role involves sourcing, contacting, meeting, interviewing, and onboarding agents, ensuring a seamless integration into the Canvas Real Estate family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agent Sourcing and Outreach:
• Utilize various channels to source and identify potential real estate agents.
• Initiate contact through phone calls, emails, and networking events to establish relationships.
• Agent Meetings and Connections:
• Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual meetings with potential agents to understand their goals and introduce them to the Canvas Real Estate culture and values.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with industry professionals, local associations, and other relevant networks.
• Interviewing and Selection:
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess the skills, experience, and cultural fit of potential agents.
• Collaborate with department heads and leadership to make informed decisions on agent selection.
• Onboarding:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding process for new agents, ensuring a smooth transition into the Canvas Real Estate team.
• Provide training and support to new agents, facilitating their integration into the brokerage.
• Utilize Technology:
• Proficiently use CRM, Outlook, and other software tools for efficient communication, follow-up, and file management.
• Leverage technology to enhance the recruitment process and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate recruitment, with a strong track record of successful agent placements.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, market trends, and competitor landscapes.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM, Outlook, and other relevant software tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bilingual (preferred)

Compensation:

• Commission or base salary with bonus
