Cantrip, Inc. is a hemp beverage manufacturing company. In partnership with manufacturing facilities, Cantrip produces flavorful, low-dose seltzers and other beverages for sale in the hemp cannabis markets. We are the social seltzer, creating great-tasting cannabis beverage products for people to enjoy together. Cantrip is a fast-paced, growing start-up in the hemp and cannabis space.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated E-commerce Manager to join our team. As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our online sales channels. This is a key role that requires a deep understanding of e-commerce strategies and the ability to drive revenue growth through effective digital marketing campaigns.
### Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth
- Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Monitor website performance, traffic, and conversion rates, making data-driven decisions to improve results
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the e-commerce industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising
- Utilize content management systems to update product listings, descriptions, and pricing information
- Analyze customer data to identify target audiences and create personalized marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze the performance of online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to optimize ROI
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop engaging visuals and compelling content for online platforms
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and technology
### Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) for updating product listings and descriptions
- Familiarity with Google Ads or other online advertising platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
