- Expert in basic hardware, networking and software technologies, with 85% at desk resolution.
- Learns and grows in deeper skill with common hardware and software solutions.
- Learns and grows capability with advanced software solutions, with 50% individual resolution.
- Troubleshoots more consistently.
- Effective ticket documentation is that follows standards.

HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
- May require up to 5% travel (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary); ability to work remote for business continuity.
