Overview

Responsible for prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments, providing customer service and ultimately, customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities: - Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns. - Promptly reviews and responds to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal. - Strong focus on providing good customer service. - Contributes to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are properly recorded. - Responsibilities may include Copy/Print Production/Copy Center, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services, Warehouse, File Room/Records File Services based on assigned location. - Attends cross-functional trainings to ensure ability to provide coverage when short-staffed. - Site responsibility and location of coverage may change based on client and/or division needs. MAIL - Early shift pick up incoming mail from Post Office. Late shift delivers outgoing mail to Post Office at 5:15pm. - Meter all outgoing mail using presort postage (where volumes permit) on all applicable mail in a timely and efficient manner. - Receive and record all package deliveries from any source, including US Mail, shippers, couriers, overnight carriers. Stage and distribute to addressee within the same day as received. - Process all outgoing packages, according to the instructions of the applicable Customer employee. Responsibilities include all labeling and vendor systems entry work, along with proper handoff to vendor. Prepare and maintain accurate shipping logs and manifest hard copy records. - Pickup and deliver mail to all departments twice daily. RECEPTION - Reception coverage, answering phone calls, take messages, use computer to search company data base to forward calls to company associates. Greet customers, schedule conference rooms. KITCHEN SERVICE - During scheduled times inventory kitchen supplies and drinks. - Stock kitchen supplies as needed, for all fridge drinks cold drinks in front warm drinks in back. COPIER SERVICE - During scheduled times supply copiers with paper, clean machines, support customer, call for service as necessary, may be required to lift 40 to 50lb paper cartons. Calibrate color equipment as needed. OFFICE SERVICES - File documents and maintain files as received per Records Management Services. - Office Supplies – Inventory, order, stock supplies. - Project Hours: Help with meeting setups, moving tables & chairs, scanning wide format documents. Being able to lift file boxes while standing on a ladder. - Required to operate a forklift as needed for incoming/outgoing freight shipments, training provided. Duty shared with others in operation, possibly two to three times per week, up to 30 minutes per day.

Qualifications

Please note: this is a customer-facing role, and requires compliance with customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID-19 vaccination and other measures relating to COVID-19. HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus one or more years of related experience. - Basic computer skills/technical knowledge. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines. - Good customer service and communication skills. - Ability to work with minimal supervision. - Ability to work OT as needed. - Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises. - May require driving between multiple client locations, may also require a personal vehicle (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary). - Ability to lift up to 50lbs. - Ability to spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties.
